If you've read my story you know that my company was born from my life blowing up- a family situation leading to a pivotal and dark plummet to the bottom where I decided to change my career, end a life-long relationship, and spend my very last dollar (like overdraft my account last dollar) to sign up for the Yes Supply Method Coaching Certification. 

I spent YEARS building up the family tax business, feeling like it wasn't really my calling but I was really good at it, all to have it torn out from under me by a betrayal I never saw coming. Losing the time, effort, and money that I had poured into a career my entire adult life had me spirialing. On one hand I felt excited that maybe this was my chance to find a career that felt like my calling, but on the other hand I just invested my whole life into this business to be left in debt, unemployed, and really really sad. Not knowing what else to do I sat down and just asked myself what do I love to do and what am I good at? 

I knew I loved to create videos on YouTube and I knew that I have always been the girl that people come to for a listening ear or to help figure out the steps to nearly anything. I had a few women I mentored from my YouTube channel, I was confident I could help people so I started looking into coaching. I took 7 free masterclasses/ open house calls for various coaching programs and found myself wondering if I'd be better off just winging it. I had been following Reese at Yes Supply on instagram and decided that I would sign up for one more open house and if it wasn't the right fit I would take a self paced NLP course and figure out the rest as I went. 

This Open House was immediately different- Olivia, the client relationship manager was so warm and forthcoming with information on cost, payment plans, start dates, and testimonials. The trainers all shared their stories and their love for coaching was obvious, it didn't feel sales-y or scripted. Reese led us through the program showing the class formats, resources, and community that is included in the certification and it was beyond what I had seen from any of the seven other programs I'd looked into. I knew 20 minutes in that I had to sign up and wanted the soonest possible start date. Three weeks later I started the Coaching Certification program with a negative bank account but an excitement for the future that I desperately needed. 

You can look at the Yes Supply website to hear about what we learned- and it was a lot, but what I need to tell you about it what I felt. I started this program in the darkest place I've ever known mentally, I did the work, and showed up ready to learn but emotionally I was fighting to not give up on myself. Week three my trainer, Olga, needed a volunteer to demonstrate the technique we were learning and I raised my hand thinking I'd learn more if I was experiencing it. Never crossed my mind I would feel a change- but I left that class feeling a tiny bit lighter. Over the next 20 weeks the women in my cohort and I would practice technique after technique on each other and I became a confident coach. More importantly, I changed, I processed and released emotions and beliefs that had become a default setting in my life, I started embodying a happier, more abundant, calmer version of myself. By the end of our cohort that dark place I started in was a distant memory; I was the happiest and most healed I had ever been. I had even gone from taking the highest possible dose of my anxiety medication to taking the lowest, starter dose! 

I graduated with five certifications, hours and hours of coaching practice, deep friendships, tools to create the life of my dreams, and 100% confidence that these methods worked- because they had transformed me. 

This past year I have worked with clients going through breakups, financial discomfort, post-grad stress, and the desire to make dreams inevitable realities. With each client I am amazed at how one hypnosis session or releasing a single limiting belief can make the world of difference. I have had the absolute honor of watching my clients get engaged, graduate law school, publish a book, and become happier versions of themselves. It's been the most exciting experience of my life thus far and it continues with each new client, and each transformation of my own, but it all started with signing up for the Yes Supply Coaching Certification.
